Ingredients:
- 200 g cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 50 ml honey
- Qb of parsley
- Qb of salt
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil qb
Preparation
- Start by peeling and thinly slicing the cucumber.
- Add the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and chopped onion. Mix.
- Season with chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate.
