Cucumber salad with yogurt dressing

A fresh and flavorful meal option. Try the cucumber salad as a yogurt dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 50 ml honey
  • Qb of parsley
  • Qb of salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil qb

Preparation

  • Start by peeling and thinly slicing the cucumber.
  • Add the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and chopped onion. Mix.
  • Season with chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Serve.
