Apple and oat cake

Apple and oat cake is not one of the most common and well-known cakes, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a delicious option for tea with your family or friends. It’s also a healthy recipe with fruit and is ideal for children.

There are several ways to make this cake, which can be moister and fluffier if you like (change the quantities of some of the ingredients a little). Learn how to make a delicious apple and oat cake.

Tips

  • You can replace normal sugar with brown or brown sugar.
  • Don’t try to make this cake with just oats. You’ll always need wheat flour to bind the ingredients together.
  • You can add other fruits to make a more moist cake: blueberries, for example, are an excellent combination of flavors.
  • You can also enrich this cake with dried fruits: chopped walnuts are one of the best options.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
