Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 50 cornstarch cornstarch
- Olive oil qb
- Qb of salt
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- Start by washing and peeling the potatoes.
- Then grate them into a suitable container.
- Add the eggs and cornstarch. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Put a dash of olive oil in a pan and heat it a little.
- Remove portions of the mixture, flatten, and fry on both sides.
- Remove to absorbent paper.
- Serve.
