Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 cornstarch cornstarch
  • Olive oil qb
  • Qb of salt
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Start by washing and peeling the potatoes.
  • Then grate them into a suitable container.
  • Add the eggs and cornstarch. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Put a dash of olive oil in a pan and heat it a little.
  • Remove portions of the mixture, flatten, and fry on both sides.
  • Remove to absorbent paper.
  • Serve.
